Who handles sign permits in Bradenton and Lakewood Ranch?

Inside Bradenton or Palmetto city limits, the city reviews the sign. Most of Lakewood Ranch, Ellenton and Parrish is unincorporated Manatee County, and part of Lakewood Ranch is in Sarasota County. We confirm the jurisdiction from the parcel and file the permit and electrical inspection.

Can you meet Lakewood Ranch or shopping-center sign standards?

Yes. Planned communities and newer centers along SR 70, SR 64 and University Parkway usually have strict sign criteria. Send them with your logo and we design to them and give you drawings for the approval.

How far south do you install?

From our Riverview shop we install through Manatee County and into North Sarasota, including Palmetto, Ellenton, Parrish, Bradenton and Lakewood Ranch.

Do you repair signs too?
